Proposal for the rehabilitation of a dilapidated house overseeing the coast of the affluent, residential area of Ocean Park. The existing house was built in the 1950’s, and expand decades later as an apartment complex, has approx. 656 Square Meters and is near the coastal restrictions for new construction.
