The restoration of an iconic structure on a prominent corner of former financial center of historic San Juan, whic was the Island' first bank and mint. The projected use is for a business center with a food and beverage facility, including a private, elegant hospitality suite. The upper lever will be a roof terrace for patrons and serve as a magnificent lookout towards the old city and harbor.
