This new residence is sited between two (2) neighbors (East & West) within close proximity (only @ 2.5m from property line) yet with a dramatic Atlantic Ocean view. The repetitive vertical pre-cast concrete elements “hide” the characterless context and serve to focus the main spaces directly to the spectacular coastal horizon. The minimalist “box” form seeks to contrast with the immediate surroundings – becoming a “beacon” within this choice beach – front community. The “L” shaped pool clearly defines the perimeter to the North and East.
