Selective development work and rehabilitation of the principle historic street and sidewalk of the Historic Central Plaza of the Municipality of Guayama. Project scope includes the design eight (8) “infill” residential units, rehabilitation of two (2) houses, design and site improvement around central Plaza alongside an urban art program, subterranean electrical infrastructure work, and an alternative vehicle access.
