Comprehensive design proposal for a multistory, contemporary intervention in a small, triangular corner lot, inserted in an existing historic zone. The project maximizes natural light and ventilation through an open plan concept and small courtyard with modern amenities and contrasting the existing collapsed ruin with a very modern design inspired by existing elements of the historic fabric of the old city. Program includes a ground floor café and three (3) residential apartments overlooking the historic San Cristóbal Fort and the Atlantic Ocean.
