Design proposal for rehabilitation of existing historic school structure (c. 1909) for exhibition spaces of The Museum of Contemporary Art of Puerto Rico with modern amenities, an open courtyard and a contemporary five (5) level interconnecting annex building that houses workshops, exhibition spaces, storage deposit, offices, meeting rooms, auditorium, and an apartment for visiting artists/guests.
