A symbolic architectural art piece to replace a deteriorated, non-operating fountain at the entrance to the Puerto Rico Supreme Court  “campus”.  The white concave “bowl” references the convex dome over the Court Chamber.  Nine (9) sections represent the number of judges and follow the architectural modulation of the iconic Supreme Court building (c.1954).
