A reduced, small house within a city lot to serve as an urban farm, to be planted with fruit trees and other appropriate species.  A minimal annex is proposed at the back of the property. The modular construction is tailored to standard fabricated materials, plywood formwork for exposed concrete, cement block walls, etc.
