The project entailed the rehabilitation and restoration of San Juan's historic City Hall,  one of the most respected and valuable structures within Puerto Rico's architectural legacy.
 
This intervention involved the restoration of architectural elements, woodwork and the updating of infrastructure, including mechanical and electrical systems.
