Selective demolition work and comprehensive rehabilitation of iconic eight (8) level modernist building in Old San Juan (formerly a Chase Manhattan Bank). The original project development scheme was originally intended as open plan offices (one or two per level); later, proposal was modified as an upscale residential program (open plan apartments – one (1) per floor level).
